The Interpretive Center is open Mon-Sat 9am-5pm and Sun 1pm-5pm. The Center charges $1 for children and $4 for adults.
- Fossil Pickin'
Fossil collecting is strictly prohibited in the park and will result in fines.

It is a great place to go with someone you love to watch the sun set. You can sit out on the rocks and watch and listen to the water hit and sometimes you can see otters swimming around. I feel in love with the place as well as the man I was with.

My family loves the Falls, this is a beautiful place that showcases the history of Louisville and Southern Indiana. The Interpretive Center has displays featuring many of the creatures found in the area, as well as aquariums and hands-on areas for the kids. This is also a wonderful place for photography, and neighboring Ashland Park is the best place to take a photo of the Louisville skyline.
Pros: kid friendly, uncrowded, inexpensive
Cons: many stairs
